Celebrating our tenth anniversary was a delight here. Angela and her husband treated us like family. We relished the warm atmosphere and delightful festive decor. The serene location allowed us easy access to Edinburgh's Christmas markets via bus. Pro tip, enjoy breakfast early for a better selection!

I had an amazing time with the hosts welcoming me warmly and providing a fantastic breakfast while being just a short walk away from the beautiful Portobello Beach, perfect for relaxing strolls, and the bus stop only a few steps away took me right into the city center in no time for exploring all the landmarks.

I had a delightful stay! The decor was stunning, a step into a magazine, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The cozy touch with bathroom amenities was much appreciated.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed our walks along the sandy beach and the promenade. The hosts were super welcoming, and the breakfasts were wonderfully cooked. The location was perfect for our day trips into the city. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway!

The only downside was that some areas of the house were not clearly marked for private use, which made things a bit confusing at times.

The owners made us feel right at home and offered wonderful recommendations for local sights. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a full Scottish spread that was simply delicious. The only aspect that could be improved is clearer signage for some private areas of the house.

Just a prime choice for a weekend respite in Edinburgh with outstanding value for money. The bed was very comfortable, and the hot water worked well without any issues. Tip, Rent a car for your trip but use the bus to explore the city.
